On a large property in Santa Barbara, I was tasked with a unique project involving playhouse repair and restoration. The children’s playhouse had a faux pillar on the right and crown molding that had rotted and needed replacing. At JMM Handyman Services, I took great care in removing, replacing, and painting the damaged parts. To ensure longevity, I also sealed the front crown molding and the faux pillar on the right side.
